What size should I buy

We strongly recommend using the sizing chart in the description of each product page to find the size that you like. Our apparel is standard fit—not slim or oversized. It helps to measure out a top or jumper that you currently own to use alongside the sizing chart. Please note that all sales are final—we are not able to offer returns/exchanges due to wrong sizes.

Orders

Can I make a change to my order once it is placed?

Production begins as soon as we receive an order. We try our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee anything once they are submitted.

What methods of payment do you offer?

We accept debit cards, most major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Products

How are your products made?

All products are print-to-order so once you place an order—we work with our fulfillment partner to produce it specifically for you.

Where are your products made?

We partner with Printful to print our products—they are based in the US but have fulfillment centers in Latvia, Canada, & Australia as well.

Are your products ethically made?

Printful only produces items when an order is received, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. Learn more about Printful’s approach to sustainability & responsibility

How long will it take to receive my order?

All our pieces are print-to-order & require 5-7 business days for production. US orders shipping times vary from 2-4 days while Europe shipping times vary from 2-8 business days.

Washing & Care

How do I wash & dry the clothes?

Machine wash on gentle with cool water, not hot! And hang dry only—do not machine dry or iron the ink. Heat will damage the ink & degrade material.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

To get an accurate estimate of shipping costs, we recommend adding all the items you like to your cart then begin the checkout process where you’re able to enter your shipping address and get an exact shipping cost based on your item(s) & location.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes—we ship to most countries around the world.

How many packages will I receive?

Products ship by category. Apparel, posters, & stickers are each shipped in separate packages.

Will I be charged customs?

We cannot guarantee there will not be custom fees as that is determined by the respective country.

My package was sent back by the carrier, what do I do?

Packages may be shipped back to us for various reasons.

For example—you did not claim the package, you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or they were not able to make the delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to track the package & inform us it is being returned. We will not track returned packages. Once it arrives back to us, we will gladly help ship it again.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Returned packages that are not claimed after 30 days will be donated & we will not be able to offer a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Our products are made-to-order so we do not offer returns or exchanges due to personal preference, invalid shipping address, incorrect order details, or any other reason other than defective items.

If the product you received is defective or the wrong item/size—please contact us at [email protected] & we will gladly sort it out. Any claims must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.
