Refund Policy

All sales are considered final.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences, invalid shipping addresses, incorrect order details, or any reasons other than defects in items.

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item/size, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will assist you promptly. Any claims regarding defective items must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product.

For packages that are returned or go unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and notify us if the shipping courier is returning it for any reason, such as an invalid address or an unclaimed package. We do not actively track returned packages.

If a package is returned for any reason, the only available option for the customer is to cover the reshipment costs if they choose to have the package resent. Refunds for returned packages are not an option.
